The Southeast Japanese School and Community Center was founded
in 1925 as a cultural institute to promote the Japanese language
and culture. The Center originally known as Norwalk Gakuen began
as a Japanese Language School and was renamed Southeast Gakuen
in 1967. Presently we offer a variety of Japanese cultural classes
and activities for all ages. We are a non-profit organization
and all of our activities are open to anyone regardless of race
or religion. Membership dues are required for participation in
the classes. For information on any of the classes or activities,
please contact SEJSCC at (562) 863-5996 or email us at: Gakuen@sejscc.org.
