Ballroom Dancing
The Center is fortunate to have Glenn Yata as the instructor. Yata started as an Arthur Murray student, eventually becoming a teacher at one of the Murray studios. He has studied under Michael Barr in England and has won numerous dance competitions on a national level. At the present, there are approximately 150 members taking lessons on Tuesday nights from 7:00 PM for beginners, 8:00 PM for intermediate and 9:00 PM for advanced class. Monthly dances held by the dance classes attract dancers from many other areas in Southern California.
